How it works

From design file
to finished product.

No hand-taught robot programs. Novara reads the parts, works out how they go together, and the robots do the rest.

01 CAD in

Give us the part geometry. That is the only input.

02 Plan

The planner generates the assembly order, grasps and insertion axes, and checks that every move is collision-free.

Order

Collision-free, base first

Grasp

Scored against the gripper

Insertion axis per partauto

03 Assemble

Arms assemble, tighten and hand the finished product off down the line. You receive it assembled.

Live replay

Watch the line run.

The full run, recorded from the physics simulation. Orbit, zoom, and cut between the cells.

Vision

Every product,
assembled from its CAD.

Today the line adapts by replanning, not by reprogramming. We are building toward flexible cells that take any new design from file to finished product without a new line.
